Ad hoc committee studies Anderson Township health needs
An ad hoc committee formed Aug 28 to study the health care needs of Anderson Township includes Charles Cox president of the chamber of commerce as temporary chairman with Dr. H Hudson Baumes Tom Taylor and Bob Allen. OLM has shown interest in facilities but the group is only evaluating options amid fears of socialized medicine and HMOs. The committee plans progress reports though no meetings were set at press time.
