Temporary bridge opening possible by week's end
Weatherman cooperation could allow traffic over the Newtown Road temporary bypass over the Little Miami River tributary by week’s end. Pete Bissinger said paving and guard rails were completed Friday, with rain delaying progress. The bridge was knocked down after officials deemed it unsafe for heavy traffic between St. Rt. 32 and U.S. 50, closing in late February and forcing long detours. A permanent replacement bridge will be built.

Vandalism program at Summit School tonight
