The A M FB church Sunday school held a Saturday evening program with dialogues recitations and music. The show was well attended and benefited Mrs Rev Lewis an invalid for years as a neat sum was cleared.

Starting Saturday October 23 Iowa Central in cooperation with the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railway will run a through tourist car to Los Angeles via Kansas City. Cars are first class with a porter. Both first and second class tickets honored with berth rates from five to five fifty cents.
