City to discuss 20 year Frederick strategic plan
The city will launch a year long community driven effort to craft a 20 year strategic plan involving about 80 participants. Mayor Jim Games and Mr Grimes say the process must be neutral and collaborative, linking the Comprehensive Plan with the work of the City’s boards. A local firm will lead the study spanning one to one and a half years. The aim is to make Frederick a model city on the East Coast.
