About twenty two prisoners ranging in age from about 17 to 40 were arraigned in Circuit Court before Judge Arthur D. Willard as the September term opened. Several pled guilty or not guilty while many remain out on bail or charged with non arraignable offenses. Girl Killed as Auto Hits Pole in Baltimore
Baltimore dispatch reports a fatal crash on Philadelphia Road at Rosedale when an automobile struck a telephone pole and overturned. Nine year old Lilian Bennett of East Lombard Street died. Delegates returned from the annual sessions of the Women’s Missionary Society of the Synod of the Potomac meeting in Hanover.
