Washington Sept 30 The army is about 90 percent demobilized with 378 508 officers and men remaining and over 3 300 000 released since the armistice. After October 31 the strength will be about 252 500 including 6 500 emergency officers retained under the new act to 18 000 officers for the year. The army will be roughly 75 000 under peace strength of 325 000.
