Frederick County Cancer Society awards night honors members
Members of the Frederick County Unit of the American Cancer Society gathered at Frances Ann Gilbert’s home for the annual awards night. Special recognition went to Elizabeth Burker with a silver tray inscribed for service, presented by Dr. Arthur Manalo.
