Detour flood relief volunteers rally with fire companies
Carroll Manor Fire Company volunteers spent the weekend pumping water and aiding flooded families. Red Cross volunteers and local fire crews rescued the Ralph C Trammel family, while Miss Betty Sponseller commended the disaster response. Central Alarm logged 93 pumping details on Thursday and 237 on Friday as crews helped in Detour and nearby towns.
