Intensive Campaign For Carroll Scouts
A six week drive led by Fale Mathias aims to organize fifteen more Carroll County Scout units and enroll 300 additional members, bringing total Carroll Scouts to 1,200 youth and 475 active adults. A Citizens' Advisory Committee led by Andrew Mason backs the plan to offer scouting to every boy, with January 1959 targets and multiple local units across towns and churches.
