Man Released Here Wanted In California
California authorities sought a murder suspect who had been released on his own recognizance after a Frederick drunkenness arrest on May 17. In Montgomery County the man, Graham L. Best of North Dakota, was booked on intoxication charges and fingerprints sent to the FBI identified him as wanted in California for murder.
