A 48 year old Hagerstown man was struck by a vehicle at the Frederick Fairgrounds and admitted for observation in satisfactory condition. A 37 year old Knoxville man is in critical condition after a farm tractor overturn on Mat 464. A third person injured when a car failed to negotiate a curve on Md 806, with Mary Kay Jeffries treated for shoulder and hip injuries.
