Change of Command at Flair USAR Center
On Saturday September 12 the 558th Signal Company conducted a change of command at Flair USAR Center Rocky Springs Road under the 2122nd U.S. Army garrison. Capt. Steven J. Kelly passes leadership to 1st Lt. Van M. Folio as Col. Lawrence Milan II presides and commends Kelly’s meritorious service while Folio thanks all involved for the exciting new opportunity to lead the Frederick based wire and cable company.
