Three Montgomery County inmates granted continued status
Charles Harry Baugher Alban Meredith Barthlow and William Lawrence Ingram were ordered continued. All three are serving sentences in Montgomery County. Stexie’s attorney Edwin F Nikirk requested no trial dates for criminal appeals and said the docket will be called after criminal trials conclude. Nikirk warned trial of charges against Seifert and Parks may span more than one day. He noted limited human trials of a lab vaccine show a threefold reduction in mumps among the vaccinated, though not 100 percent protective. The Lederle Laboratories vaccine by Dr Victor Cabasso aims at immunizing large groups in close quarters such as schools camps institutions or the military.
