Attendance grows as Hustlers draw near 19,000 at McCurry Field
Treasurer Frank K Schmidt of the local club reports about 19 000 fans paid to see the Hustlers at McCurry Field this year up from roughly 17 000 last season due to better finale crowds. Poor 1924 rains hurt finances, but the club finished the year in debt with hopes of a small surplus next year. Blue Ridge League attendance to be announced soon and Frederick aims to improve its standing among towns in the circuit.
