Country Inn seeks rezoning near Clarksburg in Montgomery County
Owner David Yegher plans to renovate an 1890 farmhouse at 22010 Ridge Road into a 65 seat dining inn with five rooms, no bar or dancing, operating lunch and dinner daily starting next spring. The proposal, aided by a two lane access road and parking for about 30 cars, faces county council approval after a dry district concern from the Clarksburg Community Association.

J Edward Magaha 75 of Summit Point West Virginia and Charles Town businessman died Friday morning September 23 at Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore. He was a stockholder director of Magaha Inc and Champaign Farms Inc born May 24 1908 in Charles Town he attended Jefferson County schools and Coyne Electrical School later ran Magaha Electrical in Rawson. He held Masonic offices and was a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason survived by wife Anna Painter Magaha and six children and several siblings. Funeral arrangements at Melvin T Strider Colonial Funeral Home with burial at Edge Hill Cemetery Charles Town.
