Frederick County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 10 1974 at Emmitsburg Elementary School at 7 30 p m. The item seeks approval of the Emmitsburg Future Land Use Plan 1974-1994 replacing the current map to reduce density promote compact growth shift housing away from Old Frederick Road and Route 15, increase commercial and industrial land and relocate growth toward central and western Emmitsburg.
