Delegate Paul Stull, 60, built The Rebel Sled nine years ago and now presides over The Heart of Maryland Tractor Pullers Association, the state s only nationally recognized club. He recalls starting the club from Walkersville High School days in the 70s and notes the sled cost 25000 and has paid back in full. Two-wheel drive trucks and other vehicles joined the Sunday event, but rain forced two classes to skip competition with no make-up date planned.
