W M Lanius, Frederick manager, explained dialing rules with examples for calling TRemont 4 and Buckeystown Monument 2 and 3 numbers. Heavy early use showed residents stayed up to try the new system. Some subscribers still use Buckeystown numbers for long distance calls. All TRemont 4 numbers should be used for local calls.
