The Rev Paul L Althouse pastor of the Evangelical Reformed Church in Frederick will retire effective Oct 8 after 30 years of service. He and his wife Gra Belle Crow Althouse plan to move to San Diego joining daughter Mary Elizabeth Eikel and son Paul Leinbach Althouse Jr. A farewell reception follows his October 3 sermon.
