John H Dalton from California specializes in Africa’s economic development and Thomas J Leary from Ohio State joins as an instructor while George Donald Shelby brings Cincinnati and California training as an instructor. Johnson previously edited the Journal of Economic History and led Korea’s civil government in 146 and 187.
