Pennsylvania Troops to Be Relieved on Border and Sent Home
Three Pennsylvania infantry regiments will soon be relieved on the border and sent to their home stations, replacing North Carolina regiments. The move, announced by General Funston in San Antonio, depends on replacement arrivals and timing remains uncertain. Harrisburg officials had no word confirming recall. The policy is to release units as replacements arrive, with only infantry regiments specified.
