Creamery building to make way for Creamery Row townhouses
The long vacant South Mountain Creamery on 40A west of Middletown will be demolished to clear space for Creamery Row a 13 unit townhouse project. Milliner Construction will supervise the build with Dave Wickham overseeing work as the plan emphasizes quality and energy efficiency. Bill Williams supports the redevelopment, noting Middletown residents favored removing the old structure.
