Conway seeks rezoning for two acres near Lewistown

Frederick area business owner E S Conway of Conway Electric and Sutton Construction pressed for rezoning to move operations from Middle Alley to a warehouse on two acres by highway 15. The Planning and Zoning Commission met last night after the Appeals Board denied a permit, with discussions focusing on whether to place the warehouse on the two acres or split office space on a fourteen acre parcel across the highway. The commission scheduled site viewing and public steps before making a recommendation to the county commissioners, who will hold a public hearing and issue a final decision.
