Drunken Driving Charge Against Martinsburg Man
Walter Lewis of Martinsburg West Virginia was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence this morning at 12 50 by Officer Charles Burras. Lewis remained jailed on a 300 bond and was slated for Police Court tonight. Police said he showed marked intoxication after being brought to headquarters following the arrest.
