Constitution Week Observed In Frederick County
The American Bar Association campaign to reaffirm constitutional principles runs here with Frederick County Bar Association spearheading efforts. John Aldridge of Fountain Mills, 43, vanished Monday after being seen in New Market at 8 30 p m. He darted into a cornfield near Jug Bridge around 10 30 p m and has not been located. He has six children and a wife. He wore a blue coat and cap, brown trousers, work shoes. He is average height, dark hair, partially bald, bloodshot eyes, with a small sum of money. This marks his second disappearance. earlier he was found nearby in Frederick Sauction. Anyone with a trace should contact his kin or W H Hogarth of New Market.

Headlight Testing Station Planned for City at Ideal Garage
The Automobile Club of Maryland will establish a headlight testing station in our city at the Ideal Garage on East Patrick Street. Secretary HH M. Lucius announced during his visit Tuesday that the Balti more station has proven effective for night driving safety, prompting new stations in Cumberland and Salisbury and plans for Hagerstown. The local station should operate in about a week as more sites are added to improve headlight conditions statewide.

Trinity Destroyed by Forest Fire Devastates Town
The Trinity community, home to about 30 to 40 houses, was wiped out by a forest and brush fire over two days. A strip 2 to 5 miles wide between Kenwood and El Verano was laid waste, with fifteen highway bridges between Santa Rosa and Glen Oaks destroyed. Ranches farms and crops in the blaze area were also destroyed.
