Fort Detrick Names Dr Leonard Mika 1965 United Appeal Chief
Dr Leonard A Mika was named chairman of the Fort Detrick 1965 United Appeal Campaign to be launched September 22 at 2 30 pm in the Post Theater. Colonel Vincent L Ruwet will open with remarks, and key personnel and local officials will attend. A 16 minute film Moment of Truth will be shown and campaign materials distributed.
