Braddock Heights Hearing Ordered On Beer License
Judge Patrick 31 ordered License Commissioner G. Trout to hold a hearing on Fischer’s beer license petition at Braddock Heights. The ruling overruled a prior denial based on 1990 census figures, noting population growth since 1940 and the potential for two licenses under the rule. Witnesses and residents argued increased housing and all year residency justify a license, while the commissioner proposed hearings to verify actual population trends.
