City primary voter turnout slow in Frederick polls
By 9 a.m. only about 400 of Frederick's 17,273 eligible Democrats and Republicans had voted in today's mayoral and aldermanic primary. The armory precinct was busiest with about 170 ballots cast. turnout for the city is considered normal for a primary.
