The Frederick Salvage committee with the American Red Cross and Mrs. F Earle Shriner launches a four day house to house scrap drive. Four city sections will be canvassed with two Motor Corps members and a truck visiting every home. Readily usable scrap includes rubber and metal items with prices paid, from old flats to tires and even shells.

Spanish American War Cannon Reaches Scrap Yard
