MontCo council to name CATV policy advisory panel
MontCo officials move to form a temporary advisory committee to shape Community Television policy as Tribune United builds the flagship channel. Council President Scull cites budget, structure, and management decisions with input from Gelman, Gudis, and Hanna amidst a Sept 1 memo dispute with Gilchrist. The group aims to have a working outline by mid 1984 as construction continues and a public channel plans unfold.
