State Police Car Wrecked In Collision Near Eldersburg
A Maryland patrol car was demolished after a high speed chase on Maryland 26 near Eldersburg Sunday afternoon. Trooper Lemuel R. Heller escaped injury as his vehicle collided with a speeding 1950 Ford, which ran from drivers John A. Sadler 16 Baltimore and Marvin L. Robertson 18 Baltimore. Sadler faces multiple charges, Robertson to Baltimore police for theft charges. Two youths were rounded up nearby in a cornfield. The stolen Ford bore tags from Randallstown. A separate report notes sailor John J. Paczkowski, 24, killed when his car left Maryland 13 early today. Edgar Drake named Education Assistant for Home Accident Prevention Unit.
