Driver Improves After Tractor-Trailer Wreck Near Ridgeville
The tractor-trailer overturned on Route 40 a half mile east of Ridgeville, blocking traffic for about two hours. Driver James H Monday of Knoxville and his companion Carson Wood were treated.
