Historic Ceresville Mill Eyes New Church Use
The Redeeming Love Christian Fellowship Church led by Rev. Ken Hamrick seeks to convert the vacant Kelly’s Mill in Ceresville into a worship site. Plans call for sanctuary on the first floor, classrooms across floors, youth spaces, and temporary shelters, with a special district approval needed. The mill, built in 1813, is tied to Frederick County history and preservation but is not on the National Register.
