In Towson Maryland lawyers for James Harrison Jr seek a postponement of a $17 million civil suit filed by the late Susan Hurley Harrison's sons to aid prosecutors in the homicide investigation. They contend the civil action is timed to assist the criminal case. The motion cites police searches and asserts the suit targets Harrison while denying the sons’ motive.
