Demonstration Agent Office to Move in Frederick County

The Frederick county home demonstration agent's office will relocate to the old Church Street School building by year end, joining the county agent's suite on the second floor to enable closer Maryland Extension Service collaboration. An open house is planned for three December afternoons to display Christmas gift ideas and invite all county women.

4 H Achieve ment Day and Club Week Reported

Col Ober To Report On Pension System

Col Beverly Ober, superintendent of the Maryland State Police, will present an actuarial survey of the department pension system to the Legislative Council on September 18. The council also seats Dr George H Preston and Charles Harris to discuss feeble minded and psychopathic children and a repeal of a cap on retirement benefits for injured state employees.

Bruce In Hospital Ends Campaign Chairman Hopes

Baltimore reports Bruce, a 67 year old banker and wartime Army procurement director, hospitalized for rest and observation at Union Memorial Hospital.
