Grand Jury Session Opens Monday in Frederick County
The fall term of the Frederick County Grand Jury starts Monday and will run to Thursday. State's attorney Robert Roethoefer expects 32 charges against 30 suspects for the jury to consider including kidnapping manslaughter rape forgery larceny burglary gaming carnal knowledge assault with intent to murder false pretense and perjury. 18 Month Term For Assault At County Jail
A 24 year old Adamstown man, Bobby James Sexton, was sentenced to 18 months in the Maryland Correctional Institution for assaulting a turnkey at the county jail.
