Frederick County Board of Education offers six adult ed fitness classes
Six fitness oriented adult education courses are listed in the Spring schedule. Classes include Slimnastics Yoga Basketball and Swimming with most starting the week of Sept 11. Tuition is $1 per instructional hour, a ten week course costs about $20 plus equipment or books. Registrations occur at the first class.
