Man Dies After Routine Police Stop
A Falls Church area man, Robert H. Clearman, 48, died at the scene on Route 123 near Damascus from a coronary occlusion after a routine police stop. The death is being investigated by Montgomery County medical examiners. Clearman was a longtime cardiac patient with wife and two children.
