Two Olson weddings in Olney and Bethesda light up summer evenings
Miss Holly Ann Hannis and Sterling Francis Lewis wed at First Baptist Olney in a double ring ceremony. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Morris Hannis Jr., wore a jeweled neckline gown with lace and a chapel train. Guests included Rebecca Bumpers as maid of honor and Michael Lewis as best man. The couple plans residence in Waco after a Baltimore-Maryland education path. In Bethesda Congregation Beth-El, Kathleen Feldman and Wilam Sitzer exchanged vows under a floral canopy. Feldman, daughter of Harold Feldman, wore a white silk gown with Venice lace, Moorish manteau veil, and carried baby orchids. Robert Good served as her brother’s best man, with several bridesmaids in apricot chiffon. The ceremony featured the Mary Conn Orchestra and a reception at the synagogue hall. The pair will continue studies at George Washington University with a wedding trip to St Thomas.
