Maryland Survival Project advances Western area plan
Maryland Civil Defense Agency contracts with Federal Civil Defense Administration to fund the Maryland Survival Project. A four area plan coordinates county input from Baltimore to Frederick, with Crickenberger as Western area coordinator and Mrs. Louise Rhoads named alternate director. No state or county funds are used. project costs are federally financed.
