Frederick Memorial Hospital board approves an equipment budget totaling 1.404 million as part of a 5.8 million request. Funds include 525000 from capital and 581000 from patient charges, with 298000 from community gifts and interest. Purchases include a cysto table, two anesthesia machines, an oscillating saw, a partial case cart system, five stretchers, a mammography unit, and a daylight processor.
