Civitan Club Hears Burall on City Government Talk
Frederick Civitan Club dinner session hears Alderman William B. Burall present a 25 minute overview of Frederick’s democracy modeled on corporate by-laws and national government. He urges citizen participation for good ordinances administration and judicial procedure for the city.
