Hit-and-run kills 22 year old in Frederick a.m. on Old Frederick Road
Investigators said Alexander Folger of Liberty Road Frederick was walking after a party when struck in the early hours of August 22 on Old Frederick Road. His body was found at 5 26 a.m. by a passerby. Questions would need to be asked of the owner about timing and vehicle damage.

Butterbaugh gets 5 months in accident death of friend
West Virginia man Mark Sheldon Butterbaugh 35 of Snenandean junction was convicted of homicide by motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene in the January 8 1993 wreck on Knoxville Road that killed Gerald Ronnie Parks 35 of Monrovia.
