Arrest of Jonestown man for assault on Ellicott City chief
Lawrence Wallace 23 of Jonestown Howard County was arrested Thursday at Daytop sixteen miles from Ellicott City. He is charged with injuring Ellicott City Chief Julius Wosch during a warrant service and with four other counts including intent to cause fatal harm resisting an officer and carrying concealed public safety items.
