Delegates Arrive for Maryland Association of Student Council Session
The second session of the twenty first annual MASC convention opens at Linganore High School with 700+ registrants. Delegates housed by 400 Frederick County families, programs cover driver education design lunches and state aid, debates on smoking curricula and minority union membership, and a new Frederick County regional section formation.
