William H Mills, formerly business manager for the San Francisco Examiner and the San Francisco News Call Bulletin, is named business manager of the Baltimore News Post and Sunday American. He succeeds J Stephen Becker who resigns after 37 years with the papers. Becker will become business manager for the Sunpapers.
