Four Cases Heard In Police Court
Magshall Alton Y Bernett suspended fines in four cases and three others forfeited collateral. Two Brunseic men Guester Voorhees and Forrest Garland were convicted of drunkenness and fined 25 dollars each with jail suspended if they stay out of Frederick for six months. West Patrick Street defendant William Cromwel and Semirr Thompson faced 250 dollar fines suspended. Collaterals forfeited included Newton Kefauver Ida Cole and Joe D Holland each 2 50. Also resignations of two Montgomery County Police resignations cited for better pay.
