Walkersville officials offered the Roderick Farm LLC a 45 residential water connection purchase agreement to back Sun Meadow develop ment. The deal, worth 146 250 upfront, spans 25 years with a January 81 1999 deadline to accept and could allow 220 more houses beyond the 45 connections.
