Farmer appeals county airstrip denial in Frederick Court

Frederick Keister, who ran a two seat plane on his Bethel Road farm from 1972 to 1988, appeals last year’s Board of Appeals decision denying his request for a special zoning exception for an airstrip. Judge Herbert Rollins will review testimony and issue an opinion later.
