Burglary convict given five year term and jail split
A 19 year old, Ivan Michael Todd of Walkersville, received a five year sentence for burglary with three years suspended and two in Frederick County Jail. He must pay 186.20 restitution and undergo alcohol and drug treatment during a five year probation. violation parole could return him to prison. Co defendants include Barry Wyrick and Christopher Ladino.
